The Home screen

After signing in you land on Home, which greets you by name (Welcome {name}) and gathers everything worth seeing. Pull down at the top of the screen to refresh anytime.

Just under the greeting sits a row of chips: the Search chip plus one chip per event type — councils, prayers, lectures, competitions and more. Tapping a type chip filters the whole screen to that category.

Section	What it shows
Seasons	Shelves for the active religious seasons (Ramadan, Muharram) with featured events.
Quick Search	Shortcut chips curated by the Ehyaa team — one tap and you are browsing that selection.
Most Impression This Week	The events the community is viewing most this week.
Nearby Events	Events close to your location (needs location permission).
Recent Events	The newest published events.

Every section has a More button that opens the complete list.

Location permission

The first time you open Home, the Nearby Events card shows Grant Permission. The platform collects location data only to show you the events around you, and the card includes the Today’s Events map for seeing what is available right now. You can revoke the permission from your browser settings anytime.

Search and filters

Tap the Search chip to open the search screen with its three tabs: Search for events, Search for organizers and Search for participants — results appear as you type.

Filter	Options
Event Type	One or several categories.
Cities	One or several cities.
Date	Any Date, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, This Month, or a Custom range.
Sort By	Date, Most Popular, A to Z, or Events Near Me.
Women sector	Show only women’s gatherings.
Hide Expired Events	Hide gatherings that already took place.

Set your filters and tap Apply; Clear Filters resets everything.

Share a search result

On a computer the address bar reflects your filters — copy it and send it to someone to share exactly the same filtered view.
