Publishing events on the Ehyaa platform requires an approved organizer membership. The application collects your venue details, verifies your mobile number, and is then reviewed by the Ehyaa team. It takes only a few minutes of your time.

Before you start

You must be signed in with a user account (see Creating an account), and you need a mobile number that can receive text messages and is not already used by another organizer application or profile.

Submitting the application

1. Open the side menu and tap Apply for an organizer membership. (If you do not see this item, your account already has an organizer profile.)
2. Choose the Organizer Type closest to your venue — husseiniya (matam), mosque, religious center, association or council.
3. Choose your Country and City. (If you cannot find your country or city, ask the platform team to add them)
4. Enter the Place Title — the public name your community knows you by.
5. Enter your Country + Mobile Number. Make sure the number is correct and can receive messages; it will be verified next.
6. Write a short About Place description (up to 500 characters) so the community knows who you are and what you organize.
7. Set your Organizer Location on the map. You have three options: Use My Location (the phone’s current position), Select On Map (drag the pin yourself), or search for the place by name in the Search for a place… box.
8. Review everything and send the application. You will see The request has been sent.

Verifying your mobile number

Right after sending, the app opens the verification screen:

1. Wait for a 4-digit verification code by text message (WhatsApp) on the number you entered.
2. Type the code into the four boxes. If it is rejected, check the digits and try again (Incorrect Code).
3. If the code does not arrive, tap Resend Code.
4. If you mistyped your phone number, tap Change phone number?, correct it and verify the new number.
5. Tap Confirm.

Note

If you decide not to continue, you can withdraw the request with the “Withdraw the request” button anytime before approval.

Review and approval

After verification your request waits for review: Your request is under review — you will receive a text message when the review is completed. The Ehyaa team reviews every application manually. On approval you receive a text message, and the next time you open the app your account has organizer capabilities: the My Events tab appears and the side menu offers Go to Organizer.

Status	Meaning
Under review	Your request waits with the Ehyaa team; nothing is needed from you.
Approved	Your organizer profile is live; you can create and publish events.
Rejected	The request was not approved; contact the team on Instagram (@ehyaa.platform) for clarification.
Withdrawn	You cancelled the request yourself before it was reviewed.
